General Return Policy
All return, refund, replacement, or exchange requests must be reviewed and approved by our customer support team first.
Homiara may accept return or refund requests when:

The product is unused, unopened, and approved for return by our support team
To be eligible for a return, the item must generally be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, labels, and parts included.
Please do not send any product back without contacting us first. The return address may be different from the sender address shown on the package.
Return Request Window

If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
For eligible standard return requests, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Requests submitted after the return window may not be accepted.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
Items that have been used, washed, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Items returned without original packaging, parts, accessories, or labels
Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear
Personalized, customized, clearance, final sale, or promotional items, unless defective

Return Shipping
Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for the return.
If the return is due to a confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, our support team will review the case and provide the most suitable solution.
If the return is requested for personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer wanting the product, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, handling fees, and return shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an approved product issue or order error.
Refunds

Replacement availability may depend on product stock, shipping location, and the details of the issue.

Unauthorized Returns

Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund, replacement, exchange, store credit, or any other resolution.
Homiara is not responsible for items returned to the wrong address or returned without approval.
Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package shows delivered but you did not receive it, please check your mailbox, front desk, parcel locker, neighbors, local delivery office, or any safe delivery location around your address.
