Our Shipping Approach

Homiara offers thoughtfully selected home, garden, lifestyle, and everyday living products for modern households.

To provide reliable products at fair prices, some orders may be fulfilled through trusted warehouse partners, manufacturing partners, or global fulfillment hubs depending on product availability and your delivery address.

This fulfillment approach allows us to:

1. Order Processing Time

Every Homiara order is handled with care.

Standard Processing Time:
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing, quality checks, packing, and shipment preparation before your order is dispatched.

Peak Seasons:
During holidays, promotional periods, or high-volume seasons, processing times may extend up to 5 business days.

Business Days:
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Fee

Shipping fees may vary depending on your delivery location, order details, product weight, shipping method, or active promotions.

The final shipping cost will always be displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your payment.

If a flat shipping rate or free shipping promotion is available, it will be shown during checkout.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Because Homiara products may be fulfilled through different logistics partners, delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier availability, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, and product stock location.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping delays may occur due to customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect shipping information, local delivery disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please note:

Tracking updates may take 1–3 business days to appear after the shipping label is created.
If tracking information does not update immediately, your package may still be in transit.
Tracking may temporarily pause while the package is transferred between carriers, customs facilities, or local delivery networks.

If you have not received your tracking number after your order has been processed, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first.

5. Separate Shipments

Some orders may include products that are stored in different warehouses or fulfilled by different logistics partners.

To reduce waiting time, your order may be shipped in separate packages. If this happens, each package may have its own tracking number and delivery time.

You will not be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments unless clearly stated at checkout.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, shipments may be sent DDU, which means Delivered Duty Unpaid.

This means:

Customs fees, duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other local charges may be assessed by your country or region.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Homiara is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local import procedures.

Customs fees are uncommon for many small home and lifestyle items, but regulations vary by country. Please check your local customs rules before placing an order if you are unsure.


7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address, recipient name, phone number, apartment number, postal code, and other delivery details are correct before placing your order.

Homiara is not responsible for failed delivery, returned packages, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at service@homiara.com.


8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure timely delivery.

If you need to change your shipping address, recipient name, phone number, product option, or cancel your order, please contact us at service@homiara.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

Please use the subject line:

Urgent: Order Change / Cancellation

Please include:

Your order number
The email address used for the order
The details you would like to change or cancel

Once an order enters the processing, packing, or shipping stage, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible.


9. Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at service@homiara.com with your order number and tracking number.

If the carrier confirms that the package was lost in transit, Homiara will review the case and may offer a replacement, refund, or other reasonable solution depending on the situation.

If the tracking information shows that the package was delivered, please first check:

Your mailbox
Front desk or reception area
Parcel locker
Porch, garage, or safe delivery location
Neighbors or household members
Local delivery office or carrier

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us so we can help review the delivery status.


10. Damaged Packages or Items

Your satisfaction is important to us.

If your package or item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at service@homiara.com.

Please include:

Your order number
The email address used for the order
Clear photos or videos showing the damaged product
A clear photo of the shipping label
A photo of the outer packaging, if available

After reviewing the information, our support team will help determine the most appropriate solution. Depending on the case, this may include a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another reasonable resolution.


11. Delayed Delivery

Although we work with reliable logistics partners, delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Delays may be caused by:

High shipping volume
Holiday seasons
Weather conditions
Customs clearance
Carrier transfer delays
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
Local delivery disruptions
Unexpected logistics issues

12. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept delivery, unpaid customs fees, or the package being unclaimed, please contact us for assistance.

Additional shipping fees may apply if the order needs to be resent.

Refunds for returned or undeliverable packages may be reviewed case by case and may exclude original shipping fees, return shipping fees, handling fees, or other costs already incurred.
